Experience Innovation in Action at MGSD70

Educators from across the region and beyond visit Morton Grove School District 70 to witness firsthand our commitment to educational excellence. These visits offer an immersive look at our high-quality instructional practices, inclusive learning environments, and nationally recognized professional learning community (PLC) model. From classroom observations to collaborative dialogue with district leaders, visitors leave with meaningful insights and inspiration to enhance their own schools and systems.

Site Visit Follow Up Items:

  • All presentation consumables available upon request
  • Following the site visit, administrators are available upon request for a virtual check-in meeting to further answer questions or assist schools

Payment and Registration Information:

  • Completed registration forms must be received two weeks prior to the visitation date selected.
  • Full payment is due one week prior to the date of visit.
  • Make check payable to Morton Grove School District 70. Purchase orders and credit cards cannot be accepted.
  • Do not make airfare or hotel reservations before receiving written confirmation of your scheduled date of visit and number of participants.

  • 8:00-8:30: Arrival on site
  • 8:30-11:00: Presentation and observe grade level team meetings 
  • 11:00-12:00: Lunch (on your own)
  • 12:00-1:00: Teacher panel presentation
  • 1:00-2:00: District and Building Leadership panel
  • 2:00-3:00: Discussion and planning time for districts facilitated by D70 leadership (as requested)
